Bossa was born of frustration with the limited functionality of mainstream media players. In creating Bossa we set out to make the next generation audio player. Bossa isn’t just software that plays your music, but a vehicle that you totally control by automating and scheduling what you want to hear and when.

Bossa also distinguishes itself from other audio players by enabling users to interact with the music they’re listening to. Bossa constantly feeds our servers with track information allowing users to interact with Bossa to create dynamic music communities around the topics they are most passionate about.

Founded by Barry Paul and Michael van Sisseren, we are an Oregon based team of developers, designers and music fanatics.
